Return Authorization for Repairs, Exchanges, or Refunds
ALL RETURNS REQUIRE AUTHORIZATION. Please do not return any item(s) until you have completed the appropriate form below AND received an RA approval email from Dynavin North America. This email will include a return authorization (RA) number and return instructions. Please see our return policies and RA forms below:
- Warranty Claims for Repair/Exchange: If your item is under warranty and you need technical support, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and issue. Only complete the "Warranty Claim RA Form" below if instructed to do so.
- Refunds: If you'd like to return a new, uninstalled item for a refund (within 30 days of purchase/shipment), see "Return a New, Uninstalled Item..." below and complete the "Return Authorization Form" if eligible.
- Repairs (out of warranty): If your Dynavin is out of warranty and/or not purchased from us and is in need of repair, please contact email@example.com for an estimate. Complete this form if instructed to do so: Repair Authorization Form
About the Dynavin Manufacturer's Warranty
Dynavin products have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase and 2 year warranty for any manufacturing defects. We take care of warranty issues here in Fresno, California if purchased from us or one of our official Dynavin North America dealers. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace at our discretion. Our warranty covers parts, labor, and shipping the item back to you. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost of the item to us. Return shipping cost is not covered under the warranty. We are not responsible for any install or labor-related costs due to troubleshooting and/or reinstallation of products.
If you have a question or problem with a unit you purchased from us, email your name, order number, and question to firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on your issue, we will advise you on how to proceed. In the meantime, check out our FAQ and Install Guides pages for help as most issues are easily resolved. Contact us if you need a unit repaired that is out of warranty.

CLEARANCE, OPEN BOX, AND REFURBISHED units have a 1 year warranty unless otherwise noted. We will repair or replace at our discretion. Eligible for return within 30 days from purchase date for a refund less shipping cost. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Warranty Repair or Exchange of a Defective Item
New products have a warranty of 1 year from the ship date. Please contact us first as most issues can be resolved by changing a setting, correcting an install-related issue, and/or may be user-error related.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Customers outside of North America are responsible for shipping costs to and from us. Once we receive the item, we will repair or replace at our discretion. We cover parts and labor if issue(s) is covered under warranty. We are not responsible for labor charges related to installation or reinstallation of products.
If instructed to do so, have your 4-5 digit order # ready and complete the form below. Please do not return the item(s) until you have received a return authorization number with return instructions from firstname.lastname@example.org (typically within 2 business days).

Return a New, Uninstalled Item for a Refund
New and uninstalled items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase or shipment for a refund less shipping costs. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. Installed units are not eligible for a refund unless purchased as an "Open Box" or "Refurbished" item and purchased within 30 days. Please note that any markings or damage to the product, components, or packaging will incur a 15% restocking fee. Missing parts/components must be returned before a refund will be given or the cost of each missing item will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for shipping charges incurred due to returns/exchanges or labor charges related to installation or reinstallation of products.
To return a new, uninstalled, and unopened product purchased/shipped within 30 days, simply complete the form below for returns only (not for warranty claims; see above for warranties). Once you have completed the form below and it is approved, you will receive an email with a return ￼authorization number and return instructions within 2 business days.
